Toledo, Lucas County
A big city with a lot of different yards.
Toledo covers a lot of ground, and no two blocks ask for the same thing.
About half the homes here went up before 1955, so the beds and shrubs have had time to grow.
Some lots are small and tight, with a strip of grass between the walk and the porch.
Out on the west side, plenty of lots run wide and the mowing takes a different pace.
We mow, trim and blow off on a set day, then come back for the beds, the leaves and the snow.
On a busy route, staying in touch counts, so we text back and tell you when plans move.
Call or text with your street and a photo, and we will tell you what we would do first.

What we do here.
Lawn Mowing
Regular cuts for tight city lots and wide west side yards, trimmed and blown off.
Landscape Design
New beds for older houses where the shrubs have outgrown the windows.
Mulch and Beds
Fresh mulch, a clean curved edge and shrubs trimmed back around grown-in beds.
Spring and Fall Cleanups
Spring tidy-ups and fall leaves, so the yard stays clear of a notice.
Snow Removal
Tell us your driveway and walks, and we will tell you how we can handle it.
Knowing the city
Old West End to Point Place.
We work from the Old West End and Westmoreland out to Point Place and Reynolds Corners.
Old Orchard, Library Village and Beverly each have their own mix of older houses and grown-in beds.
Near Ottawa Park and Toledo Botanical Garden, big trees often mean a heavy fall leaf drop.
This is old Great Black Swamp country, so low, flat lots tend to hold water after rain.
We watch for soft ground before running a mower across a wet yard.
The city asks owners to keep grass under eight inches, and it mows and bills after notice.
Local news reported a 24 hour window to clear sidewalks after snow, so check the city page.
